Clutter

Serie of artworks showed at Helsinki Playground Showroom
celebrated together with Vaarnii’s 5th birthday.

Saariniemenkatu 1, Helsinki
30.4 - 31.5.2026

This serie contains artwork from Fredrik between 2023-2026. The artwork takes part of a larger, continuous practise, studying the repetition of certain shapes and forms. Through bending shapes and compositions, mixing colour combinations and adding layers, the juvenile practise grows into a serie of what the artist wants to create today.

The combination of celebrating Vaarnii’s 5th birthday Fredrik’s artwork felt natural. The 002 AST Stool, designed by Dimitri Bähler, has an unpretentious design that connects the rustic with the modern. It is quite playful, and to draw naivistic elements on it like a child, ties the whole exhibition together.
